“We’ve experienced record growth over the past couple of years, and we've managed to optimize our plants to run nearly 24/7, but now it’s time to increase our capacity further," says Nino Nicolia, Nicolock’s vice president of business development. “Due to the increasing trend of remote working, we’re looking to increase our capacity to satisfy today’s demand for new and improved outdoor living spaces.”
Nicolia noted that the company’s core audience of landscape designers, mason contractors, and building material and hardscape buyers are enthusiastic about the future growth plans. As a result, Nicolock made enhancements to one plant and broke ground for two new manufacturing facilities to expand their footprint into the mid-west and southern states. These dealers and contractors rely on Nicolock as a single source for paving stones, wall systems, piers, coping, caps, steps, fire pits and fireplaces, outdoor dining, and outdoor living products.
Each state-of-the-art plant can produce over 60,000 square feet per day, tripling production in New Jersey and doubling it in Maryland.
